In other news, my sore throat has an interesting side effect now. It ONLY hurts on the right side, in a very localized spot- right under my jaw, near the pulse point in my neck. When it's really bad, it radiates into my ear, but that's it.
So today at work, it started stinging like a motherfucker. I decided to poke at it a little bit, see if I could massage the pain out. When I put pressure at that spot, it felt like bubble wrap was popping under my skin, and the pain went away for a while. I've done that like, three times since.
I'm seeing a doctor about that tomorrow night. I've never had that kind of sensation before and it bugs me.
